Attorney Ana Cuitino of McLean, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Ana Maria Cuitino with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Ana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Ana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Ana practices at 6602 McLean Court in McLean, Virginia.
