Attorney Tara Steinnerd of Arlington, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Tara Elizabeth Steinnerd with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Tara guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly to opposing party and counsel
• Improper communication with persons represented by counsel
• Pursued unmeritorious (frivolous) claims and contentions

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Tara by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
