Nevada’s 2017: Judicial Ivory Soap Purity Ratings = 96.3%

Nevada has 82 District Court judges, 30 Municipal Court judges, 65 Justice of the Peace judges and 10 appellate court judges for a total of 187 judges subject to discipline by the so-called Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline and/or the Nevada Supreme Court.

For the year 2017, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline laughingly claimed they could only find six (6) judges that engaged in misconduct and/or were incompetent. This absurd result results in an Ivory Soap Purity Rating (ISRP) of96.3%.

This absurdity means that if there were 187 Nevada judges partying at a so-called judicial conference held at The Bellagio Casino & Hotel and playing Blackjack at twenty-seven (27) tables,  you would have to travel to 5 tables before you could find one (1) bad judge gambling

Now let’s compare Nevada’s Purity Rating to that of its closest neighbors, which area as follows.

  • Alaska: 69 judges – 0 bad judges Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 100%
  • Arizona: 451 judges – 4 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 99.12%
  • California: 295 judges – 5 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 99.7%
  • Washington: 552 judges – 6 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 98.8%

The bottom line here boys and girls is if you are going to be involved in litigation any time soon and you live in Nevada, ask your lawyer if you can’t have the case moved to the Superior Court in Anchorage or Arizona.
