California’s 2017: Judicial Ivory Soap Purity Ratings = 99.7%

California has 1,844 Superior Court judges and 251 Judicial Commissioners for a total of 2,095 judges subject to discipline by the so-called California Judicial Commission.

For the year 2017, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Commission laughingly claimed they could only find five (5) judges that engaged in misconduct and/or were incompetent. This absurd result results in an Ivory Soap Purity Rating (ISRP) of 99.7%.

This absurdity means that if there were 2,095 California judges attending a minor league baseball game at Recreation Park in Visalia, California and all five (5) of the Judicial Misfitsraised their hands in unison, it'd be nearly impossible to locate them.

Now let’s compare California’s Purity Rating to that of some of its neighbors, which area as follows.

  • Alaska: 69 judges – 0 bad judges Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 100.00%
  • Arizona: 451 judges – 4 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 99.12%
  • Nevada: 187 judges – 6 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 96.3%
  • Washington: 552 judges – 6 bad judges = Ivory Soap Purity Rating of 98.8%

The bottom line here boys and girls is if you are going to be involved in litigation any time soon and you live in California, ask your lawyer if you can’t have the case moved to the Superior Court in Anchorage.
