Attorney Arsen Kashkashian of Bristol, PA; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania provided Arsen Kashkashian with a law license in 1964 after she graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Arsen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with a written engagement letter
• Failed to hold client and third party funds in an IOLTA account
• Failed to list client account on his attorney registration form in four consecutive years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Arsen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
