Attorney John Daboll of Ontario, CAN; thieving loser, repeater

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented John Leigh Daboll with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Pled guilty of harassment
• Repeatedly and unlawfully communicated directly with victim thereby causing her to fear for her safety

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Johnny by gifting imr with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Johnny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in  conflict of interest
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Represented client in divorce action while engaging in personal relationship with her

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
