Ex. Judge Calvin Hotard of New Orleans; scofflaw, pervert 
For a period of time, Calvin Hotard sat as a Judge for the 2nd Parish Court in Jefferson County, Louisiana.
During his insignificant tenure on the bench, the Louisiana Judicial Commission filed misconduct charges against Calvin and found him guilty of the following:
In one case, Calvin the Perv sentenced a woman to community service. He ordered that the community service be performed at his house on a quiet bayou. What a Guy!
The Commission documented five women as having sexual relations with Calvin in return for him dropping their cases or modifying their sentences. Goshes and Gollies, who said bartering was a bygone sport? It damn sure wasn’t Calvin the Perv, right?
One week before the Commission was scheduled to hold a hearing on Calvin’s misconduct, he did what any honorable coward would do by announcing he was taking a medical disability retirement at half-salary.
Calvin’s sham disability retirement means the good folks of Louisiana will be forking out about $35,000 a year for the balance of his miserable life.
Who said being a quasi-criminal doesn’t pay. It damn sure wasn’t Calvin the Perv, right?
