Judge Stephen Millan of Miami; bigoted loser

The state of Florida presented Stephen Thomas Millan with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used racially disparaging language to describe a criminal defendant and members of the public
• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communications with an according
• Used racial epithet “moolie” to describe an African-American defendant
• During a break with attorneys in his chamber, Steven instructed a bailiff to return to the courtroom and retrieve his wallet because he didn’t “trust it in there with those thugs ” (wink, wink)

FYI: “Moolie” is the shortened version of “mulignan” which is a Sicilian slur used to refer individuals who are African-American or have a dark complexion. Stevie admitted that he was familiar with this particular racial slur because he used it intermittently as a youngster growing up in New York.

The cheerleaders for Judicial Bigots sitting on the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission recommended that stevie receive a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench without pay for the egregious misconduct he so cheerfully engaged in. However, the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court rejected the Commission’s recommendation and sent the matter back to them for reconsideration.

All that remains now is to see what the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission will now recommend as punishment to the Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Stevie continues to sit as a 11^th Circuit Court Judge in Miami, Florida.
