Attorney Dustin Garrison of Beatrice, NE; idiotic slacker

The state of Nebraska provided Dustin Allen Garrison with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dustin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately respond to client questions
• Failed to explain status of matter with client
• Knowingly violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Dustin by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Dustin practices with the Garrison Law Firm at 819 North 6^th Street in Beatrice, Nebraska.
