Attorney Bill Ross of Blytheville, AR; nepotist, idiot  
After receiving his law license from the Arkansas Supreme Court and unable to earn a decent living practicing law, Billy succeeded in duping the voters in the Blytheville area into electing him as a Municipal Court Judge
Once on the bench it didn’t take long for Billy Baby to prove he possessed the qualities to become a certified Judicial Misfit.
When Billy’s sister Linda French was arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly, he ended up being the judge overseeing her prosecution. Billy kept postponing the case at least seven times over a two year period of time.
The second case of Billy’s Nepotism involved a traffic offense that was initially assigned to another judge. When the defendant failed to appear, warrants for his arrest were issued. Fines continued to mount. When the fellow was finally arrested Billy had the case moved to his court. He then wiped out the fines and repeatedly postponed the proceedings. And who was this defendant you ask? Well it was none other than Billy’s nephew.
Subsequently, misconduct charges were lodged against Billy by the Arkansas Judicial Commission. When it became apparent that he was going to be tossed off the bench, Billy did what any coward would do, he resigned from the bench.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Billy practices law at 118 W. Walnut Street in Blytheville.
