Solicitor Morgan Wheeler of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Morgan Lewis Wheeler with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Morgan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to adequately supervise his assistant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Morgan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Morgan practices with Blackadder & McMonagle at 41 High Street in Falkirk, Scotland.
