Solicitor Nicandro Matteo of Scotland; ethical goblin

The Law Society presented Nicandro Matteo with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nicky!)
• Failed to respond to statutory notices (Up yours, said Nicky!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Nicky practices with Manini Belardo Limited at 7 Academy Street in Coatbridge, Scotland.
