Attorney James McDaniel II of Dover, NH; crooked loser

The state of Maine provided James R. McDaniel II with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Cooley is rated as the worst law school in the country. In fact, that rating is proven by the fact that Donald Trump’s so-called lawyer Michael Cohen is a graduate of Cooley.

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Billed excessive fees for legal work performed (crook)
• Failed to engage in discovery on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to prepare his client for testimony
• Failed to prepare claims and/or defenses on client’s behalf
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension effective June 8, 2018.
