Solicitor Derrick Trainer of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Derrick M. Trainer with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Derrick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Allowed client account to be in deficit for two periods

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Derrick by gifting him with a complimentary limitation on his practice of law as to that of an assistant to another solicitor.
