Attorney W. Travis Barkley of Raleigh, NC; scofflaw, repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented W. Travis Barkley with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Travis guilty of the following misconduct.

Travis’ 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Aided and/or facilitated non-attorney in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Travis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Travis’ 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Assisted non-attorney in the illegal practice of law
• Made false or misleading statements about his services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Travis by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Pedro practices with the Barkley Law Offices PC at 7413 Six Forks Road in Raleigh, North Carolina.
