Attorney Robert Leslie of Conway, AR; ethical goblin

The state of Arkansas presented Robert B. Leslie with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Les guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to repeated client communications
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to information requests
• Failed to deposit client funds into client trust account
• Failed to maintain records of client trust accounts for required 5 years

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Les by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
