Attorney Carl Plumlee of Salem, AR; lying loser

The state of Arkansas presented Carl Dwayne Plumlee with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another do so or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Submitted false statement to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
