Attorney Ralph Myers III of McCrory, AR; check bouncer, repeater

The state of Arkansas presented Ralph Myers III with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

It should be noted that prior to the two (2) disciplinary actions set forth below, Ralphie received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Committee on Professional found Ralphie guilty of the following misconduct.

Ralphie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to appear at trial on client’s behalf
  • Found in contempt of court for failure to attend trial
  • Failed to pay fine imposed as result of contempt finding
  • Issued check to pay client’s bond on closed account (rubber)
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another do so or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Arkansas are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ralphie was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.

Ralphie’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Entered into business transaction with client and knowingly obtained an ownership, possessory, security, or other financial interest that was adverse to his client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ralphie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2018), Ralphie practices in McCrory, Arkansas.
