U.S. Judge Marcia Cooke of Miami; arrogant, lifetime porker, loser   George W. Bush made a monumental error in judgment when he nominated Marcia Cooke as a District Judge for the Southern District of Florida in late 2003.
Since Marcia graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit in 1977 she’s had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. In fact, if it weren’t for public employment, Marcia would likely be working as a greeter at the Wal-Mart located on 163rd Street in North Miami Beach. Of course I’m assuming that Wal-Mart would have her.
Numerous complaints have been lodged in regards to Judge Cooke’s conduct, some of which are as follows:

It is plainly clear that Judge Cooke received her nomination after proving her bona fides as a compliant lackey for the local political hacks in Southern Florida. It would be absurd for any reasonably intelligent person to suggest that she was the most qualified applicant in the area.
Unfortunately, since Judge Cooke was born in 1954, it’s likely that she’ll be providing unprofessional judicial services to the good folks in the Miami area for another 25 to 30 years.
