Attorney Denise Clark of Washington, DC; ethical dwarf

The DC Bar presented Denise Clark with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Denise guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to file client’s federal action within time constraints

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Denise  by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.
