The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disqualify himself when required to so act
• Failed to withdraw from case when his brother was a party

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Mikey continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Aspermont, Stonewall County, Texas.
