Fox’s Andrew Napolitano: Today’s “Dinesh D’Souza Ass-Kisser” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Andy. In the past, she has been the recipient of eleven (11) Awards in various categories.

FYI: Andy is another in a long list of loser attorneys and/or judges (Fox’s Jeanine Pirro) that decided to go into political punditry after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after she graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), political punditry.

After donning a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads provided to him by D’Souza, Andy decided to spew forth a few lies in support of the shameful pardon that D’Souza recently (May 2018) from Donald “Trumporleone” Trump.

First and foremost, it should be noted that D’Souza voluntarily pled guilty to knowingly violating the limits on campaign contributions, a felony.

With no rhyme or reason, The Great Leader issued a blanket pardon to D’Souza for the felony he so cheerfully admitted to committing. In support of this shameful pardon, Andy engaged in the following conversation with Fox comedian Stuart Varney.

STUART:

President Trump just tweeted, "Will be giving a full pardon to Dinesh D'Souza today. He was treated very unfairly by our government."

ANDY:

“Yes.”

STUART:

“Actually I think he was convicted of what?”

ANDY:

“He was convicted of campaign finance violation by donating too much money to a failed conservative Republican campaign.”

“The reason the president says he's treated unfairly -- the president is quite correct on this -- is historically this has not been treated as a criminal prosecution.”

You over-contributed, the campaign kicks the money back, and you get fined. We don't put you in jail.”

“He was prosecuted aggressively for this.”

“He is a brilliant scholar and analyst of the cultural woes of the United States, and all of his analyses, right in the face of Obama administration that prosecuted him.”

“The president has done a marvelous act of justice.

“ Not mercy, justice in this case. Most pardons are merciful. This is just.”

Just like his beau The Great Leader, Andy is full of shit when he says D’Souza was treated unfairly in being criminally prosecuted. In this instance, D’Souza admitted that he schemed to have a friend or friends donate to a candidate to shield the fact that the money was coming from him. Put simply, he wasn’t a victim he was a victimizer of the criminal code.
