Attorney David Lufkin of Knoxville, TN; bully, serial offender

The state of Tennessee provided David Andrew Lufkin with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

Davey’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Unreasonably and vexatiously multiplied proceedings in an adversary hearing
• Lacked civility and professionalism
• Judge felt threated and intimidated by letter written by Davey

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

Davey’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Posed a threat of substantial harm to the public

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary temporary suspension of his law license.

Davey’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Disregard court order in collections case (Screw you Judge, said Davey!)
• Failed to advise and forward collected funds to clients and others
• Lied to clients and others that payments he collected had not been received when in fact the payments had been collected by him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary temporary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Davey practices at 5329 Brown Gap Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.
