Attorney Jacquelyn Scott of Carthage, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Jacquelyn Michelle Scott with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the Cumberland School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jackie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jackie knowingly and intentionally failed to substantially comply with her TLAP monitoring agreement.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jackie by gifting her with a complimentary 16-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Jackie practices at 216 Main Street North in Carthage, Tennessee.
