Attorney Earle Schwarz of Memphis, TN: Dumbo, slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Earle Jay Schwarz with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Earle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully neglected client’s cause of action
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to advise client his appeal had been denied
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client he would not file appeal on client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Earle by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Earle practices at 2157 Madison Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
