Attorney Robert Martin of Nashville, TN; ambulance chasing loser

The state of Tennessee provided Robert Lee Martin with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Mississippi College School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• In advertisement soliciting DUI defendants, Bobby failed to include mandatory language in caps “THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT”
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)
• Sham add referenced Bobby as “DUI TOP GUN”
• Improperly guaranteed clients of “First Offender Satisfaction”
• In his ads, falsely accused other DUI lawyers as “incompetent” and who “ripped off the public” and only “dabble” in the DUI area
• Bobby’s ads found to be false and misleading
• Claimed in ads that his “clients are not criminals,” but instead are“ merely the products of overzealous police and bad public policy decisions” by the executive and legislative branches of State government

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2018) Bobby practices at 221 Cumberland Bend in Nashville, Tennessee.
