Attorney Timothy Richter of Ashland City, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided Timothy Joseph Richter with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Cumberland School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected at least six (6) client matters
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Had overdraft (rubber check) caused by his negligence
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Timmy practices at 110 North Main Street in Ashland City, Tennessee.
