Attorney Daphne Barry of Spokane, WA; scofflaw, loser

The state of Washington presented Daphne M. Barry with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Washington Law School.

The Washington State Bar Association found Daphne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Daphne!)
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in Arizona
• Lied to Arizona law firm about her application for Arizona law license

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Daphne by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
