Attorney Margita Dornay of Yakima, WA; lying loser

The state of Washington presented Margita A. Dornay (MAD) with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Seattle University Law School.

The Washington State Bar Association found Margie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with candor [lied] in dealing with tribunal
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Falsely testified in a court proceeding (perjury)
• Perjured testimony given during custody dispute that involved a County Sheriff that Margita was involved in romantically and sexually

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Margie by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Washington are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Margita was never criminally charged with perjury

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Margie practices with the Law Offices of Margita A. Dornay at 4109 Tieton Drive in Yakima , Washington.
