Solicitor Chun Ho of Queensland, AUS; cheating loser

The Law Society presented Chun Man Andrew Ho with a law license in 2013.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Chun guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to reimburse client for services he did not provide
• Ordered to reimburse client $450 for improper fees
• Ordered to reimburse client for two days lost wages for unprofessional conduct regarding client guardianship application

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.
