The Law Society presented Roland with a law license in 1993.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Roland guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented clients whose interests conflicted
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Failed to provide information to the parties in writing
• Failed to obtain written acknowledgment from the parties that he was acting that he was acting on behalf of both parties with respect to the conveyance
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Roland by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and $1,000 in costs.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Roland practices with the Statewide Conveyancing Shop at 34 Wood Street in Mackay, Queensland, Australia.
