Solicitor Geoffrey Mines of Queensland, AUS; Idiotic loser

The Law Society presented Geoffrey Robert Mines with a law license in 1977.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Geoffrey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in serious neglect of client matter
• Failed to maintain reasonable standards of competence (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Improperly released $7,158 to one vendor without obtaining the consent of the other vendor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Roland by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered to reimburse client $7,158 within 3 months.
