Attorney David Wood of Little Rock; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arkansas presented David John Wood with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file complete and accurate tax returns for 3 years on behalf of client
• Failed to abide by client decision concerning objectives of the representation
• Engaged in an obvious conflict of interest
• Failed to consult with client re: means by which client objectives would be pursued

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Davey practices at 809 West Second Street in  Little Rock, Arkansas.
