Attorney James Green of Heber Springs, AR; idiot, serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented James Russell Green with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Jimmy received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Jimmy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Failed to file appellate brief on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by a client’s decisions concerning the objectives of representation
• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Jimmy’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to effectuate service of client’s complaint on defendant
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to consult with client re: means to achieve client objectives
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $500 fine.
