In the past Mark Adams was a commissioner of the Court of Appeals, Division II in Tacoma, Washington.
During his unremarkable tenure as a court commissioner, Mark “The Perv” was charged with a plethora of deviant misconduct, including repeated sexual harassment of female employees and interns in the Pierce County Probation and Prosecutor’s Office.
The Perv was also criminally charged with trespass after being caught peeking through a neighbor’s window. What a Guy!
The Perv’s conduct included a stream of sexual innuendo, uninvited touching and attempting to date and intimidate female employees. Specific examples of The Perv’s conduct are:
The Perv also kept a personal diary at the courthouse which included details of his personal sexual experiences. Rumor has it that that the sexual notes was done in shorthand!
For his misconduct, the Judicial Commission didn’t mete out any punishment to The Perv. It merely allowed him to agree to never seek a judicial appointment in the future. What a Joke!
It’s too bad that The Perv wasn’t sentenced to cell No. 211 at Walla Walla state prison where he would have been partnered up with Clarice (real name is Clarence). I’ll be that the Perv would have immediately discovered the true meaning of being “treated as a sex object,” if y’all know what I mean.
As we speak (ca. March 2011) Mark Adams is practicing his so-called brand of law at 41 Raft island Drive NW in Gig Harbor, Washington.
