Judge Theresa Mullin of Elizabeth, NJ; bullying trespasser

The state of New Jersey presented Theresa A. Mullin with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the Albany Law School.

It should be noted that Gov. Chris Christie was duped into appointing Terry as a Union County Vicinage Superior Court Judge in September 2014. Terry didn’t get the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Union County area. She got it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct, all of which occurred when the local catholic school expelled her two daughters after Terry knowingly violated school rules/policy by filing a lawsuit against the school for refusing to place her girls on the boys basketball team.

  • Failed to comply with repeated requests to remove herself and her daughters from school property after being warned she and her daughters were trespassers
  • Subsequently arrested for trespassing by local police
  • Parish priest filed criminal complaint and Terry was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing
  • Sent bullying letters to numerous parents of the catholic school that disagreed with her conduct
  • Failed to comply with court order to attend deposition to be taken by defendants in case she and her husband filed against the catholic school and others associated with the school
  • Subsequently complied and appeared to be deposed but refused to answer 95% of questions asked of her in violation of discovery rules
  • Failed to respect and comply with the law
  • Conduct reflected adversely on fitness to sit as a judge
  • Attempted to use judicial office to advance personal interest

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Terry by the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Terry continues to sit as Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division for Union County Vicinage in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
