Judge James Palmer Jr. of Mount Holly, NJ; deadbeat loser

The state of New Jersey presented James W. Palmer Jr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated form Indiana University Law School.

Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division for Ocean County Vicinage

The Supreme Court of New Jersey Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct has charged Jimmy with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which involved the emancipation of his daughter in probate court and his argument that he wasn’t required to pay addition child support.

  • Repeatedly alluded to himself as a Judge in order to press his wishes on child support and emancipation to several court personnel he spoke with on the same date
  • Attempted to use judicial office to advance personal interest
  • Failed to act with integrity in promoting public confidence in the judiciary

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jimmy by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Jimmy continues to sit as a Superior Court Judge for the Orange County Criminal Division in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
