Attorney Marianne Dugan of Eugene, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Marianne G. Dugan with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Marianne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly made or failed to correct false statement to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Marianne’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Marianne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Marianne practices at 259 East 5th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon.
