Attorney Alan Seligson of Eugene, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided Alan G. Seligson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely withdraw representation
• Engaged in egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain written consent from parties involved in conflict of interest
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
• Misconduct motivated out of self-interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Alan practices with Alan G. Seligson PC at 142 West 8^th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon.
