Attorney Vicki Vernon of Portland, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided Vicki R. Vernon with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School. Timmy also received a law license from the state of Washington in 2004.

The Oregon State Bar found Vicki guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Intentionally ignored court orders
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Neglected client legal interests and rights
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victims of misconduct vulnerable
• Misconduct motived by selfish interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Vicki by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Vicki practices at 10211 SW Barbur Blvd in Portland, Oregon.
