Attorney Mark Davis of Victoria, TX; cheater, serial offender

The state of Texas presented Mark A. Davis (MAD) with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 11 Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to return unearned fee (cheater)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mark!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary stayed suspension of his law license and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and ordered him to refund $2,500 to his former client/victim.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Mark practices at 121 East Constitution Street in Victoria, Texas.
