Attorney Murdoch Hertzog practices law at 22811 Greater Mack Avenue in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
In the past, Hertzog pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery. In exchange for his guilty plea, the prosecutor dismissed a charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

For his 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree the enablers at the State Bar punished the Perv by gifting him with a 180 day suspension.
This proves beyond all doubt that Attorney Misfits in Michigan are held to a much lower standard of conduct that we are. This certified loser should have had his law license permanently revoked.
