Former Judge H. Paul Pressler III of Houston; accused child molester

The state of Texas presented H. Paul Pressler with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

From 1972 thru 1992 Paulie was a sitting Harris County District Court judge and a judge on the 14th Court of Appeals.

In one recent (late 2017) matter, Paulie was sued by Duane Rollins, a former Bible study student for allegedly assaulting Duane several times a month over the period of several years (Amanda Griffin)

In his lawsuit, Duane alleges that the sexual abuse started in the late 70s but slowed down in 1983 when he left Houston to attend college. Duane alleges that the abuse consisted of anal penetration in Paulie’s master bedroom study. Duane went on to say that Paulie told him he was “special” and that God had sanctioned the secrecy to their sexual contact.

Of course Paulie denies he ever molester Duane or anyone else.

All that’s left now is to see how long it takes for Paulie and his co-defendants to reach a “secret” settlement with Duane.
