In November 2008, Daylin duped the voters in the greater Norristown area into electing him as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.

FYI: Daylin is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into politics after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), politics.

In one matter, Daylin was accused of acting inappropriately toward female employees and campaign aides.

As one would suspect, the enablers for public official misfits at the Pennsylvania Ethics Commission has not taken any action against Daylin.

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Daylin continues to sit as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
