Attorney Herb Weisser of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Herb Weisser with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in egregious conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain client consent to engage in conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Herbie practices with the Law Office of Herb Weisser PC at 4504 SW Corbett Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
