Attorney Wayne Bozeman of West Chester, PA; convicted tax cheat

The state of Pennsylvania presented Wayne D. Bozeman with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Wayne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed false tax returns for eight consecutive years
• Failed to disclose income earned from Advanced Game Concepts to IRS
• Pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud United States of taxes
• Sentenced to 22 months in prison and ordered to pay $137,635 in restitution to the IRS

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Wayne by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Wayne practices at 279 Devon Way in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
