Attorney Daniel Wittenberg of Denver; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Scott Wittenberg with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted false expenses reimbursement statement to his firm for expenses he incurred on a personal trip to Georgia
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-days suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Danny.
