Attorney Jonathan Wilson of Morrison, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Jonathan O. Wilson with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly neglected a client matter
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Made a misrepresentation (lied) to his client
• Failed to attend court hearing on client’s behalf
• Gross negligence led to dismissal of client’s claims with prejudice (means client was forever barred from ever pursuing the claims in the future)
• Negligence resulted in client inability to appeal court judgment
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-days suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Johnny practices in Morrison, Colorado.
