Attorney William Brammer Jr. of DC; Dumbo

The DC Bar presented William H. Brammer Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from American University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Jordan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation while representing clients in an immigration matter
• Failed to serve the clients with skill and care commensurate with that generally afforded to clients by other lawyers in similar matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Billy practices at 107 7^th Street SE in Washington DC.
