Attorney Thomas Waters of Pueblo, CO; deadbeat loser

The state of Colorado provided Thomas Francis Waters with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Colorado State University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with court orders relating to marital debts
• Engaged in prolonged and unnecessary litigation regarding marital debt issues

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Tommy practices with the Colorado Parole Board at 1600 West 24^th Street in Pueblo, Colorado.
